Our organizational aims and objective are under listed:

To show Nigerians the success of the President Bola Tinubu’ Administration.
To create a platform for an interface between Nigerians and the H.E Bola Tinubu’ Administration.
To serve as a clearance house for communication between both parties.
To stimulate engagement between both parties.
To create avenue for mutually beneficial relationship
To create a forum where ordinary Nigerians can meet their President and interact with him.

We have in place strategic and well planned approaches to execute this project through strategic project management approach:

Project Initiation: this includes having the consents of the facilitator to this project and making them see the essence and importance.
Project Planning: this is the effective strategic planning of the whole project with the assistance of professional event managers and project managers
Project Execution: this is the execution of the project proper. A one day event, will be professional packaged for the achievement of the aim and objectives stated above
Project Monitoring and Control: this is to be carried out by our team of experts to ensure the entire success of the whole project.

Schedule

There shall be an event scheduled for a day in the city of Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory to launch and publicise the process with stakeholders in attendance.

Prudential shall work closely with the Government to ensure Nigerian citizens and their elected officials have a Government that works effectively for them and with them.

Due to the importance that State and Local Governments are to the creation and implementation of national policy, it is especially important for the Prudential to provide a readily accessible method of direct communication for Government Officials to discuss and raise awareness of local concerns.

Prudential will serve as the front door to the State House through which ordinary Nigerians can participate and be inform on the work of the President.

Protocol shall stimulate and engage the People on the need to engage Government constructively. It shall act as a clearing house for communication between both parties. The People will write the H.E Ahmed Bola Tinubu through this medium via dedicated channels and will in turn transmit same to the President, who shall respond appropriately with official seal to queries, inputs and suggestions.
